On 23 June WMO’s executive committee announced that this year’s Prof. Vilho Väisälä award is granted to the authors of the paper on the GRUAN data product for the RS92 (Reference quality upper-air measurements: GRUAN data processing for the Vaisala RS92 radiosonde, Dirksen et al., AMT 2014, http://dx.doi.org/10.5194/amt-7-4463-2014.
