This Technical Note (TN) describes the procedures for initiating and performing the reprocessing of a GRUAN Data Product (GDP), together with the procedure to certify the reprocessed data product.  This procedure generically applies to GDPs for all measurement methods, although some of the examples given in this TN are specific for radiosondes.
